Olivia “Lee” Orazietti, age 86, of Shelton, entered into rest on Saturday May 27, 2017 in the Griffin Hospital Derby.
She was born in Shelton on September 30, 1930 daughter of the late Generoso and Beatrice (Fracassini) Orazietti and has been a lifelong Shelton resident.
She retired from the former Shelton Products, was a member of the Shelton Senior Citizen Center and a longtime communicant of St. Joseph Church. She also loved gardening.
She is survived by her devoted sister Jennette Burns, her loving nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews, and her sister-in-law Mary Orazietti. She is predeceased by her brothers Enio “Jake” Orazietti and Dalmo Orazietti, her sisters Louise Bajor and Valia Hefferon and a niece Diane Wilson.
Friends may greet her family on Thursday from 4 to 7 PM in the Riverview Funeral Home 390 River Road Shelton. On Friday her funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph Church Shelton. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery Derby.
