Pacina Smarrelli, age 99, entered into eternal rest on August 8, 2018, at Gardner Heights Health Care in Shelton. She was the beloved wife of the late Carmine Smarrelli.
Mrs. Smarrelli was born in Tocco da Casauria, Abruzzo, Italy on January 12, 1919, daughter of the late Giuseppe and Filomena Mariani. She had worked as a seamstress.
She is survived by sons, Joseph Smarrelli (Betty) of Ansonia and Claudio Smarrelli (Louise) of Lewes, DE, a daughter, Maura Cahill of Meriden, grandchildren, Joseph Smarrelli Jr. (Sandy) of Seymour, Carla and Alice Cahill of Terryville and John Wyatt (Kristine) of Lewes, DE.
Her funeral service and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. The SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia has been privileged with the arrangements.
