Patricia A. “Patty” Finn, age 60, unexpectedly entered into eternal rest on December 27, 2020, in her home.
Patty was born in Derby on January 27, 1960, daughter of the late Philip L. Finn and Patricia Doyle Finn.
A life-long resident of Ansonia, she earned her Associates Degree in Hotel Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. She was employed at the former Park Plaza Hotel in New Haven and later at the Marriott in Shelton. Currently, and for the past twenty-five years, she was the Deputy Director for the City of Derby Office of Economic & Community Development.
She leaves to cherish her memory, a loving sister, Maureen Wilkinson (Allan), niece, Bridget Wilkinson (Josh Lane), of Ansonia as well as numerous friends, especially, lifetime best friend, Lynne Hines Iverson of Ansonia. She was predeceased by her brother, Philip “PJ” Finn and her sister, Katherine E. Finn, who recently passed on December 20.
Due to the pandemic and current health regulations, the family has opted for a private funeral service and burial. When we can all gather safely, a memorial in celebration of Patty’s life will be announced.
