Patricia Talmadge, 81, of Ansonia peacefully entered into her rest on Friday, July 19, 2024 at Griffin Hospital in Derby. Pat was born at Griffin Hospital on May 13, 1943. The daughter of the late Andrew and Estelle Spak, also of Ansonia and the wife of 59 years to Paul Talmadge.
Patricia was a long time animal lover, loving mother and grandmother. She was a very funny, kind, and giving woman. Above all she was devoted to her family.
She was the beloved mother of Paul Talmadge and his wife Fran, Debbie Chadbourne and her husband Jeffrey and Susan Cox and her husband Vernon.
Patricia was the very proud grandmother of seven grandchildren. Paul and James Talmadge, Emily, Sarah and Samantha Chadbourne and Ciara and Macie Cox. She is also leaving 2 cherished great grandchildren, Liam and Nathan Talmadge.
Survived by brother Andrew Spak, several nieces and nephews and was predeceased by a brother Robert Spak.
The family would like to give special thanks to Elaine Baker for her love, support, friendship and amazing dedication to their mom’s care for the past several years.
Friends may greet the family at Edward F. Adzima funeral home, 253 Elizabeth Street Derby CT on Friday July 26 from 5 to 7 PM. On Saturday her funeral service will be held in the parlor at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at Mount Saint Peter‘s cemetery in Derby .
