Pearl Stanley, age 74, wife of the late Frank Stanley Jr. and resident of Ansonia, died August 14.
She was born Aug. 29, 1939 in Quincy Florida, daughter of the late William & Gertrude Harrison Fain.
She worked as a dispatcher for Sikorsky Aircraft and was a member of The Clinton A.M.E. Zion Church in Ansonia.
She leaves to cherish her memory her son Brad Stanley of Ansonia, 4 step daughters, Sharyn Grant of New Haven, Gayle Stanley of Woodbridge, Lori Wade of Willimantic, CT & Joanne Stanley of Clear Water, Fl., brother Kirkland Fain of Hartford & sister Dorothy Kennedy of Hamden, brothers-in-law Leo & Walter Stanley and several nieces & nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by 2 brothers, Tommy Lee Fain & Sigbe Lewis.
A Memorial service and celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, August 21st 10:00 a.m. at Clinton A.M.E. Zion Church in Ansonia. Burial will be private.
