Peter J. Hustek Sr., 47, of Ansonia, unexpectedly died on July 11, 2009.
He was a member of Hilltop Hose Co #5 in Ansonia and a sheet metal mechanic.
Peter was born in Derby on Nov. 10, 1961, son of the late Albert S. and Florence E. Hiltz Hustek. A lifelong resident of Ansonia, he had worked as a sheet metal mechanic and was a member of the Hilltop Hose Co. #5 in Ansonia.
He is survived by two sons, Peter J. Hustek Jr. of Ansonia and David Hustek of Shelton, a brother Christopher A. Hustek of Naugatuck, a sister Elizabeth Giuffre (Joseph) of Fairlawn N.J. and many friends. He was predeceased by a brother Richard Hustek.
Peter’s funeral service and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. There are no visiting hours. The Spinelli-Ricciuti Funeral Home and Cremation Service on Beaver Street in Ansonia assisted the family.
