Mr. Raymond Douglas Crowther, Jr. age 54, of Seymour, passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Griffin Hospital surrounded by his loving family and friends.
He was born on November 13, 1955 in Derby to the late Raymond Douglas Crowther, Sr. and the late Ruth Alice (Estabrook) Crowther. Raymond was a senior security officer at Target in Ansonia.
He was a former member of the Hurricanes Drum Corp and attended Three Saints Orthodox Church in Ansonia.
Raymond leaves two loving daughters, Melissa Crowther and her husband Thomas Trovato of Stamford and Amanda Crowther of New Britain and six brothers and sisters, Linda Lombardi of Derby, Kathleen Borzelli and Patricia Farris both of Maine, Kenneth Crowther of Ansonia, Robert Crowther of Georgia and Renee Murphy of Florida and several nieces and nephews. His brother, Craig Crowther predeceased him.
A Funeral Service was held on November 3 at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 161 West Church Street, Seymour.
Interment followrf in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia.
