Robert E. Boober, Sr., entered into eternal rest on March 22, 2014 after a long illness, surrounded by his living grandson Robert B. Riggione and his fiancé Jaemielyn Altieri.
He was predeceased by his mother Pauline Reed, his father Robert E. Boober, his sister Lillian Boober and his son Robert. E. Boober. He is survived by his grandson Robert B. Boober and his granddaughter Mickayla L. Boober.
Robert proudly served his country in the United States Army with the 351 88th Infantry Division. He lived in Brewer, Maine his whole life and retired from the University of Maine. He moved with his grandson to Connecticut this past year. Robert was a lifelong Yankee fan who loved to spend time with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed and always loved by his family.
