Robert J. Williams, age 77, peacefully entered into eternal rest on January 13, 2020, in St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport.
Mr. Williams was born in New Haven on October 27, 1942, son of the late Robert Healey Williams and Stella Michalak Williams. A graduate of Ansonia High School and lifelong resident of Ansonia, he was employed as a metallurgist at American Brass in Ansonia for forty years until his retirement.
Robert is survived by brothers, Thomas F. Williams and his wife Maureen of Glen Allen, VA and Gary J. Williams of New Haven, a nephew, Jonathan R. Williams and his wife Erin of Glen Allen, VA, great-nephews, Cash and Colin Williams and great-niece, Grace Williams.
His funeral service with burial in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery in Derby will be private. The SPINELLI-RICCIUTI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia has been privileged with the arrangements.
