Ronald “Ronnie” Allan Kushpinsky, 68, entered eternal rest on May 22, 2019. He passed away peacefully, with his loving family by his side, after a long illness.
A Derby native, Ronald was predeceased by his devoted mother, Ester (Kukiel) Kushpinsky, & father Harry Kushpinsky Sr., two brothers, Fredrick M. Kushpinsky Sr.& Harry Kushpinsky, Jr, as well as his young grand- nephew, Daniel Parenteau. He was also predeceased by his longtime love, Alice.
Ronnie is survived by his living sister Katherine (Kushpinsky) Brewer, nieces & nephews, Lisa (Brewer) Soucy & her husband Mark, Deanna (Brewer) Parenteau, Kristen Kushpinsky & her fiancee, Cosimo Cariolo, Harry Kushpinsky III, Dennis Brewer & his wife Rainey, & Fredrick Kushpinsky Jr., as well as his grand-niece & grand nephews.
Ron was a “ gentle giant”, a great artist, whom will be remembered fondly & missed by many.
A small intimate celebration of his life will be held privately amongst family, just as Ronnie would want.
The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Autumn Lake Nursing Home and the staff at VISTAS of St Mary’s Hospital for the wonderful loving care they have given Ron over the years.
