Susan A. (Onofrio) Fisher, age 59, of Ansonia, entered into eternal rest on March 2, 2022 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was the loving wife of forty-one years to Robert T. Fisher.
Susan was born in Derby on December 5, 1962, daughter of Mary Ann O. Forte Strong of Bethany and the late Donald D. Donofrio. She was a lifelong Valley resident. Susan was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking. She loved animals, especially Beagle dogs and had an extensive collection of stuffed animals. Susan spent her free time riding her scooter.
In addition to her husband Robert, Susan leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter, Annie Fisher of Seymour, a sister, Dorothy Onofrio of West Virginia and best friend, Elaine Breeden of Ansonia. She was predeceased by a brother, David Onofrio.
