Susan C. (Doneiko) Lang, age 60, of Cheshire, formerly of Seymour, entered peaceful rest on Saturday, August 31, 2019 in Yale New Haven Hospital. Born in Derby on September 9, 1958, she was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Julia (Barna) Doneiko.
Susan graduated from Naugatuck Valley Community College with an Associate’s degree in Accounting. A former bank teller for CSB Credit Union, Susan enjoyed needlework and puzzles. She was an avid NY Yankees (Spankees) and UCONN fan who especially loved the women’s basketball program. A nature lover, Susan adored cats and dogs. She will be remembered for her generous heart and knack for giving great nick-names.
Survivors include her loving son, Steven Lang and his wife Christine of Waterbury, and sisters, Judy Doneiko of Cheshire, Jane Levinsky and her husband Anthony of FL, and Candee Doneiko of Seymour.
A celebration of her life will take place at the Ralph Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church St. Seymour, CT 06483 at a time and date to be determined.
