Suzanne R. Morris, age 77 of Oxford, she entered into peaceful rest on September 27, 2020; she was the beloved wife of 59 years to George P. Morris. Mrs. Morris was born November 13, 1942 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Robert W. and Mary S. (Kacergius) Moselle. Suzanne was a retired Office Manager from the River Glen Continuing Health Care of Southbury. She loved spending time in Bingham, Maine, which she considered it to be their home-away-from-home; she and George were members there of the Moose Alley Riders ATV Club. Suzanne also served as the club’s Secretary for many years.
In addition to her husband George, Suzanne leaves her loving family including two daughters, Bernadette Yesulaites-Girgasky and her husband Ken of Oxford, and Elaine Bartel and her husband Frank of Oxford; also her beloved grandchildren, Danielle, William and Rebecca Yesulaites, Connor Bartel, Jennifer Vicenzi and Linda Morris; she also leaves several great grandchildren, and many dear friends both in Connecticut and Maine. She was predeceased by her son Michael Morris.
Calling Hours are Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour. A Funeral Service in celebration of Suzanne’s life will immediately follow at 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
