Suzanne Sansone
June 30, 1959 – July 29, 2018
Suzanne Sansone (Gibiser) entered into eternal peace on July 29, 2018.
Sue was the loving mother of Annamarie Sansone (Dante Martinez fiancée) of Sarasota, Florida, Christopher Sansone (Danielle Luby Sansone wife) of Beacon Falls, Connecticut and of adopted daughter Kara Scheer (Patrick Scheer husband) of Ansonia, Connecticut. She was also blessed with two grandchildren Christiana and Christopher Sansone whom she loved very much.
Sue grew up in Shelton, Connecticut and graduated from Shelton High School in 1977. She made lifelong friends there in Janet Proto Jennings and Julia Markarian.
Sue devoted her life to being a loving and supportive mother to her children. She enjoyed being around people and especially the friends she had made throughout the years. Sue enjoyed working at the delis in Stop & Shop and Big Y to her all-time favorite position in the cafeteria at Ansonia High School while still always making time for children by coaching Derby Pop Warner Cheerleaders and attending every sporting event her children were in. Her devotion and love for her children was evident to all around her.
The family would like to thank all the health care aides that have been helping her throughout the years and all her friends that have been there for her. Per Suzanne’s wishes, there will be a private memorial service for her family and her children will ensure she is always with them and she will travel the world.
