Teddy Lipka, age 65, of Shelton, entered into rest on Wednesday May 21, in his home with his loving family by his side.
He is the devoted husband of Halina Leszczynski Lipka.
Mr. Lipka was born in Kadzidlo, Poland on October 1, 1948 son of the late Stanislaw and Helena Zera Lipka, and has been a Shelton resident since 1979.
Mr. Lipka was employed as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for over 15 years at Siemens in Brookfield, and previously was employed at Perkin Elmer in Norwalk.
He enjoyed traveling, and working outside at his home.
He is the beloved father of Alexandria Lipka, and her husband Mark Arnold, Diana Lipka, and Peter Lipka. He is the cherished brother of Barbara Kalinowski, John Lipka, Richard Lipka, and Stanley Lipka, and also leaves several nieces and nephews.
Friends may greet his family on Sunday from 2 to 5 PM in the Riverview Funeral Home 390 River Road Shelton. His burial will be private. At the request of his family in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent’s Swim Across the Sound 2800 Main Street Bridgeport, CT 06606.
