Teresa “Terry” (Pedenski) Kasch, age 78, entered eternal rest on April 22, 2025, at Griffin Hospital in Derby. She was the beloved wife of the late Monroe “Monte” Kasch.
Born in Derby on June 7, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Anthony S. and Mary Migacz Pedenski. Terry was a talented hairdresser employed at the former Ernie’s Hair Salon and later the former Shelly’s Studio both in Ansonia. She was a devout communicant of St. Michael’s Church in Derby where she served as collection counter. Terry loved trying her luck with trips to the casino.
She will be missed but will remain in our hearts.
Terry leaves to cherish her memory, a brother, Anthony J. Pedenski of Derby and several cousins. She was predeceased by a sister-in-law, Patricia Pedenski, and a niece, Lisa Pedenski.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family and pay their respects on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 9:00 – 10:00 am in the chapel of SPINELLI-RICCIUTI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. Her funeral will then proceed to St. Michael’s Church in Derby for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. Interment will immediately follow in Mount Saint Peter Cemetery in Derby.
