Thomas M. Mazzola

Thomas M. Mazzola, 73, entered into eternal rest on December 8, 2015, at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport following a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Diane Holloway Mazzola.

Tom was born in Derby on March 21, 1942, son of the late Dominic Mego” Mazzola and Millie Holovach Kuczenski. A lifelong resident of Ansonia, he was employed as a finish carpenter for Moscato Home Improvement for many years and later was a driver for the former DeLuca Inc. Tom enjoyed football and building classic cars.

In addition to his wife Diane, he is survived by the Holloway family including his mother in law, Lorraine Holloway, sisters in law, Darla Holloway, Donna LaRowe and her sons, Bobby and Christopher LaRowe, Doreen Synder and her husband Trippe and Debbie LaBombard, best friends, Michael and Jan Marchese and several other nieces and nephews.

Per Tom’s request, his funeral service and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. The SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia, has been privileged with the arrangements.
