Tina S. Giordano, 92, of Seymour, peacefully entered into eternal rest on September 29, 2013, at Shady Knoll H.C. in Seymour. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Giordano.
Mrs. Giordano was born in Caltanissetta, Sicily, Italy on January 11, 1921. She was a resident of Ansonia for 30 years, prior to moving to Smithfield Gardens in Seymour six years ago.
She is survived by a loving son, Michael S. Giordano of Seymour, two loving daughters, Linda Frankel of Derby and Debrah Chrostowski (Robert) of Seymour, six cherished grandchildren, Joseph Giordano and Amy Giordano of Seymour, Damien Oskwarek (Ania) of Litchfield, Heather Haan (Doug) of NC, Tiffany Belanger (Jason) of Torrington and Jenna Foley (Gavin) of Naugatuck, two great-granddaughters, Addison Bryant and Gianna Giordano and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, at 10:00 am at Holy Rosary Church in Ansonia. Visiting hours will be held in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia on Wednesday morning from 8:30 am until the procession leaves for church. Entombment will follow in Mt. St. Peter’s Mausoleum in Derby.
