Travis Johnson, age, 28, entered into eternal rest on July 22, 2021 at Griffin Hospital in Derby. Travis was born on March 30, 1993.
He resided at the Community Residences, Inc. on Sentinel Hill in Derby for many years.
There he was surrounded by his loving caregivers who attended to him daily and is also survived by his long-time devoted guardian, Gregory Williams. Travis always enjoyed listening to music.
Travis’s funeral service will take place on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 1:00 PM (meeting directly) at Mount St. Peter’s Mausoleum, 219 New Haven Avenue, Derby.
