Vincent Paul Pompa, Sr., age 68, of Seymour, entered into rest on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Griffin Hospital.
Vincent was born in Derby, on September 25, 1949, son of the late Alexander and Florence (Camilini) Pompa. Vincent was a long time employee at Sikorsky Aircraft. He was a member of NRA. Vincent also loved his dogs and working on his cars and motorcycles.
He is the loving father of Lisa Pompa, uncle of Gary Pompa, and brother-in-law of Cathy Pompa. He was the devoted spouse of Camille Durante-Tiriolo. Vincent is also survived by several cousins. He is predeceased by his brother Alexander Pompa, Jr.
Friends may call on Friday January 12 from 5 to 7 p.m. p.m. at the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth St., Derby. His funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. at the parlor.
