Walter Lungarini, Jr., age 68, of Derby entered into rest on Saturday March 28, 2015 in Apple Rehab Shelton Lakes.
He was born in Derby on January 18, 1947, son of the late Walter and Mary Violano Lungarini and was a lifelong Derby resident.
Walter was employed in the Construction field for most of his life, as well as tending bar at the A.M.Club, where he was a longtime and active member. He was a friend to all who knew him and will be sadly missed by all.
He is survived by one son David Lungarini, one sister Mary Kozlowski and her husband Stanley, one brother Ronald Lungarini and his wife Elaine, two nephews and their families Jason and Glenn Lungarini and one Aunt Helen Barrella.
A Memorial Mass will be said in Walter’s memorial on Sunday July 12, at 11:30 am at St. Mary Church, 212 Elizabeth St., Derby.
