Mayor Dugatto announced today that she will be hosting a series of “Open Door Sessions” at Derby City Hall.
The first session will take place on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Joan Williamson Aldermanic Chambers.
All members of the public are encouraged to attend.
“I want to provide an informal setting where people can talk about ‘all things Derby’. They can ask questions, exchange ideas, express their concerns, and share their vision for our city,” Dugatto said.
In addition to the July 24 session, Mayor Dugatto will be available in the Aldermanic Chambers every Thursday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
This is a formal extension of her current open door policy.
“I hope this opportunity will inspire people to speak up, seek answers to their questions, and participate in the revitalization of our city,” Dugatto said. “I look forward to meeting with residents, property owners, business owners, and anyone else interested in our community and its potential.”
The Joan Williamson Aldermanic Chambers is located on the second floor at Derby City Hall, 1 Elizabeth St.
