Seymour High School Presents: ‘Annie’

Seymour High School Music Department will present Annie on November 21 at 7 p.m. and November 22 at 2 p.m.

Admission cost $10 for adults and $5 for students. 

This play is suitable for all ages, even young children, and will run about 70 minutes with no intermission.

Annie is directed by Brandt Schneider and Assistant Director is Stephanie Shelinsky. 

Darlene Keeffe is leading the set and and costume construction. 

Other faculty members involved include Mike Catanese, Joseph Perrucci, Sam Toscano, John McCasland and Nate Dobas. 

Sophomore Taylor Queen has been cast as Annie. Matt Moran is Daddy Warbucks, Tessa Lee is Grace and Cyera Williams is Miss Hannigan. 

Thirty seven students are in the production and all are members of the SHS Choir. 

Over forty students are involved in behind the scenes production including playbill design, program ads, set design, lighting design, and costume and set construction.

Cast as Sandy the Dog is…..Sandy the Dog! 

Sandy is playing the role for the second time, first performing the play in 2004. Sandy is a rescue dog and is very proud of her theatrical experience! Sandy will be available for autographs with all the children who come to the show.

This is the second musical presented at Seymour High School this year. Seussical was performed in March.

Annie will run at the Seymour High School Auditorium, 2 Botsford Rd, Seymour CT 06483.
