This kid was reduced to begging on Halloween outside his house a few years ago! Not he can go to Derby's Trunk or Treat!
Anyone interested in participating should reserve a space by calling Laura by Oct. 24 at 203 305 4569, or City Hall at 203 736 1450. The cultural commission can also be reached on Facebook.
In addition to spots for the cars, there will also be tables available for parents to set up a table or area on the Green to decorate.
The cultural commission will provide a magic show by Mr. Magic during the first hour, which will give parents time to set up.
There will be a Halloween parade as well.
Everyone is encouraged to dress up and get involved.
Any parents participating should come with their own decorations as well as factory-wrapped candy to hand out to the kids.
