This week’s “Navel Gazing” has a very simple message: thank you, thank you, thank you.
Last week the Valley Indy participated in the Community Foundation For Greater New Haven’s “Great Give,” a 36-hour online fundraising event to benefit nonprofits in the region.
As a nonprofit ourselves, we decided to take part in the fundraiser, but as reporters, we also did our best to promote the efforts of all of the participating nonprofit groups from the lower Naugatuck Valley, too, with the hope that you, our readers, would respond.
You did. Thousands of times over. So again, thank you so much.
