The Flood of 1955, the worst natural disaster in the Valley’s history, was 59 years ago today.

The video here is part of a multimedia website detailing the havoc the flood caused locally.

The web site was created by former Valley Indy reporter Jodie Gil.

Visit Gil’s creation, now hosted on the Electronic Valley, for photos, audio and video reflecting on the flood.
