HELP WANTED

The Derby Housing Authority is currently looking for two part time Maintenance Workers to service our three Elderly and Young Disabled sites: Cicia Manor, Stygar Terrace and Lakeview Apartments.

The qualifications are listed below:

Maintenance, Part Time

High school grad., or GED, plus a minimum 3 years’ experience in semi-skilled maintenance work.

Including but not limited to repair of plumbing, carpentry, masonry, mechanical, apartment rehab, computer skills required.

Bi-lingual preferred.

Disclosure of job description on file at the Housing Authority office.

Back-ground check will be performed.
