Stephen J. Maklary, age 64, of Seymour, entered into rest on Tuesday March 25, 2025 in his home with his loving family by his side. He was the devoted husband of 36 years to Trudy Knapp Maklary.
He was born in Bridgeport on January 14, 1961 beloved son of John and Patricia Andrews Maklary.
Stephen was a Truck Driver for 36 years with Pace Motor Lines until his retirement. He loved to ride motorcycles, go boating, and work on cars. Most of all he loved spending time with family.
He is the father of Nicholas Maklary and his fiance Kala, grandfather of Chloe and Ava, brother of John, Brian and Michael Maklary and also survived by several nieces and nephews.
