Thomas James “ Mags” Maglione, age 67, of Jupiter, Florida, entered eternal rest on June 7, 2025.
Born in Bridgeport on September 6, 1957, he was the son of the late Robert and Joan Maglione. Tom was raised in Ansonia before moving to Derby. He was employed as a supervisor at Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford for many years, until his retirement. Tom loved his friends and family and was known as a “top shelf” kind of guy. He was an avid sports fan especially the UCONN Huskies, New York Mets and the Dallas Cowboys. Tom loved a good, cold Amstel and a Cohiba. He will be deeply missed.
Tom leaves to cherish his memory, a daughter, Melissa Maglione, granddaughter, Meilani McBride, girlfriend, Lin Kyasky, sisters, Joanne Maglione Powers, Judi Maglione Ruggiero (Nick) and Beth Maglione Miller (Jim). He was predeceased by his older brother, Robert Maglione Jr. and his sister-in-law, Nancy Maglione.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Tom’s celebration of life on Sunday, July 27, 2025, by meeting directly at 2:00 pm at the Adriatic Marchegian Club, 30 Hawthorne Avenue in Derby.
