Monday, Aug. 18, 2025
2:35 a.m. Police received a report of suspicious activity on Locke Street.
8:38 a.m. Police were conducting radar enforcement on Maple Street and Riverside Drive.
11:46 a.m. A caller lodged an animal complaint near Hill Street and Root Avenue.
3:07 p.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on South Cliff Street.
10:02 p.m. Police were called to Nichols Street for a report of disorderly conduct.
Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2025
1:35 a.m. During a traffic stop on Wakelee Avenue, police arrested a 47-year-old Seymour woman and charged her with driving under the influence and operating an electronic device while driving.
5:21 a.m. Police charged a 31-year-old woman on Crescent Street with disorderly conduct and violating a protective order.
8:00 a.m. Police were conducting radar enforcement on Franklin Street.
8:36 a.m. A caller on Beverly Drive reported theft from a motor vehicle.
11:15 a.m. A caller on Hill Street reported vandalism.
3:56 p.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Fourth Street and North Main Street.
6:49 p.m. Police charged a 34-year-old woman on Wakelee Avenue with traveling unreasonably fast and driving without insurance.
Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2025
2:19 p.m. A caller on Beaver Street reported hazardous road conditions.
5:54 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on Olson Drive.
7:05 p.m. Police were called to West Main Street for a report of shoplifting. Police charged a 33-year-old Bridgeport woman with sixth-degree larceny.
8:53 p.m. Police received a report of a disabled motor vehicle on Main Street.
Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025
9:35 a.m. During a traffic stop on Elm Street, police charged a 29-year-old New Haven man with driving without insurance and failure to obey a stop sign.
11:04 a.m. Police arrested an 18-year-old Bridgeport man on Pershing Drive and charged him with trespassing and resisting arrest.
3:55 p.m. Police were conducting radar enforcement near Highland and Prindle avenues.
8:25 p.m. Police received a report of an abandoned motor vehicle on Water Street.
9:41 p.m. Police arrested a 26-year-old woman on Platt Street and charged her with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and risk of injury to a child.
Friday, Aug. 22, 2025
8:10 p.m. Police charged a 38-year-old man on Hodio Drive with disorderly conduct.
7:58 a.m. A caller on Woodbridge Avenue reported vandalism.
10:47 a.m. A caller on West Main Street lodged an animal complaint.
2:43 p.m. A caller reported theft from a building on Wakelee Avenue.
4:47 p.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Marshall Lane and Pulaski highway.
10:30 p.m. Police arrested a 42-year-old Derby woman and a 21-year-old Derby man on West Main Street. Police charged the woman with driving under suspension, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to display lights, and engaging police in pursuit. Police charged the man with sixth-degree larceny.
Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025
12:00 a.m. Police received a report of theft from a motor vehicle on North Main Street.
1:36 a.m. Police received a report of a stolen vehicle on North State Street.
4:40 a.m. Police arrested a 33-year-old man on Clarkson Street and charged him with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
12:47 p.m. While conducting radar enforcement on Wakelee Avenue, police charged a 38-year-old man with traveling unreasonably fast, driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, and driving without a license.
1:34 p.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Granite Terrace.
3:18 p.m. police charged a 65-year-old Seymour woman on West Main Street with sixth-degree larceny.
Sunday, Aug. 24, 2025
3:40 a.m. Police arrested a 29-year-old woman on Jewett Street and charged her with driving under the influence, driving without minimum insurance, and driving under suspension.
5:41 p.m. A caller on Hershey Drive lodged an animal complaint.
10:30 p.m. Police received a report of disorderly conduct on Russell Street.
10:37 p.m. A caller lodged a wildlife complaint on Silver Hill Road.
