2:00 p.m. Police charged a 20-year-old man with disorderly conduct.
3:30 p.m. Police charged a 35-year-old Waterbury man with first-degree threatening with a firearm, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.
5:17 p.m. A caller on Vine Street reported vandalism.
