Ansonia Police Investigating ‘Untimely Death’

ANSONIA – Police were investigating an untimely death on Prindle Avenue Tuesday evening (Nov. 4).

Foul play is not suspected in the death, according to a Facebook post made by the Ansonia Police Department at 9:37 p.m.

“At this point in the investigation there does not appear to be any foul play in regards to the death and there is no danger to the public,” the post reads.

The Valley Indy first learned of the incident at around 7 p.m. Lt. Patrick Lynch confirmed an investigation is underway.

“Right now, we have no real cause of death at this point,” Lynch said.
