Adam M. D’Addario, age 50, of Shelton entered into rest on Saturday, November 8, 2025. Adam was born in Meriden on June 21, 1975 which was the ultimate gift on the day of his parents’ 6th wedding anniversary. It was a Saturday and the very first day of summer. Adam was the eldest son of Mark and Elizabeth A. (Gumprecht) D’Addario and brother to Todd and Karen Rose. Adam was a graduate of Maloney High School’s Class of ’93 and graduated with honors at Branford Hall Career Institute in 2001. Adam was the Meriden Board of Education’s Network Manager. He retired in 2025.

Adam’s proudest life moment was the day he became the father of Anthony Matthew D’Addario on Sept 17, 2015. Anthony is Adam’s most beloved and cherished creation. Adam was blessed with his girlfriend Andrea Adimando and many life long friends and colleagues. He had a kind and generous spirit and was adored by all who met him. He was an artist, craftsman and avid outdoorsman. He was skilled at character drawings, could build or repair nearly anything, and loved camping and mountain biking with his friends and family. Adam delighted in being present with nature. He also had a passion for fantasy, adventure, sci-fi, music, gaming and collecting.

There will be a celebration of Life on November 23 Noon to 4:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall post 45 located at 835 Hanover Road in Meriden, CT. For those that are disabled the hall is up one flight of stairs. The family apologizes for the lack of accessibility
