SEYMOUR – The Seymour High School Alumni Association has opened nominations for its 2026 Alumni Hall of Fame, inviting the community to help recognize graduates who have made a meaningful difference in their fields and beyond. Each year, the Hall of Fame celebrates former students whose achievements and character reflect the values of Seymour High School.
To be considered, nominees must have graduated from Seymour High School or its predecessor schools at least ten years ago. Candidates should demonstrate a clear record of innovation in their professional lives, exhibit strong moral character, and show dedication to their work. The association is also seeking individuals who have contributed to their communities or taken part in humanitarian efforts, who display an entrepreneurial drive, and who have earned distinction or prominence in their chosen field.
Community members can submit nominations through a digital form at https://forms.gle/7qB8xrRdbvnxtW8NA. For those who prefer paper submissions, forms will be available at the Seymour Public Library, the Seymour Community Center, Seymour Town Hall, and all Seymour Public Schools.
Nominations will remain open until Monday, January 5, 2026. Once the nomination window closes, the Alumni Association will reach out to all nominees with further information.
