Brian E. Parsons, age 54 of South Carolina and previously of Beacon Falls, CT, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026 with his wife, Faith, by his side. He battled a rare form of leukemia. Born in Derby on December 20, 1971, he was the son of Barbara (Tokarz) Enquist and the late William J. Parsons.

Brian graduated Seymour High School in 1989, attended Mattatuck Community College, and later worked in hospitality. While living in Ansonia in his younger days, he played Pee Wee Jr. Midgets Football, was involved in Cub Scouts, and was a part of a baseball farm team.

Brian was an avid NY Giants fan. He enjoyed watching them with his dad, cousins and friends. Brian loved to read, fish, listen to music, play guitar and jam with his friends. Often, he would go out on his motorcycle, which he enjoyed immensely, there were times he would go out with his friends on a motorcycle run to do a food drive for the people in his community. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his wife, Faith Parsons of SC; mother, Barbara Enquist and her husband John of Beacon Falls; step-sisters, Nanci Patchkofsky and her husband Paul Mena of Prospect, and Cheryl Elm and her husband Mark of FL; several aunts, uncles and cousins, and his two dogs, Stella and Katie, whom he adored.

 A Memorial Service celebrating Brian’s life will take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 7pm in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St. Seymour, CT, 06483. Relatives and friends may greet the family from 4pm until the time of services.
