DERBY — City police said emergency sewer work was underway overnight at the intersection of Seymour and Atwater avenues.
In a 12:37 a.m. Thursday (May 21) Facebook post, Derby police said vehicles traveling north on Seymour Avenue were being detoured onto Atwater Avenue.
“Please follow posted detours and expect delays in the area,” the post read. “Route 8 on and off ramps remain OPEN.”
The work is expected to take several days, according to police.
