SHELTON — The Center Stage Theatre is excited to be participating – for the first time – in Connecticut’s annual Open House Day event on Saturday, June 13. 

Partnering with Celebrate Shelton and its Kids Hour Roadshow, a family-friendly morning of arts, imagination, and hands-on experiences for young children, free activities at the theatre’s 54 Grove Street location will include:

10-11am – Theatre-based workshops including dance, fish prop making and mask making (for ages pre-K through grade 2; must be accompanied by a caregiver)

11:15-11:30am – A performance by the Center Stage Theatre Community Kids

11:30-12:15pm – Songs and stories from the Sea with Ariel, a magical musical storytelling experience inspired by the sea will invite children and families into an imaginative underwater adventure.

Families are welcome to participate in one, two, or all three featured experiences.
