SHELTON — Police are searching for a person with a gun who broke into several vehicles in the Huntington section of Shelton May 30.
Police posted a suspect’s image to Facebook May 30.
“Pictured (is) a suspect believed to be involved in these incidents and a newer model Gray Acura MDX,” according to the post. “Detectives believe the vehicle was occupied by four individuals at the time of the offenses. The suspects are believed to be armed with a firearm.”
Police advised residents to call 911 if they see the suspects.
Police did not say how many vehicles were broken into.
“Residents and businesses in the Huntington area are encouraged to review any available surveillance footage and report any information that may assist Detectives. Anyone with video footage, evidence, or information related to these incidents is asked to contact Detective Franco of the Shelton Police Department Detective Bureau at (203) 924-1544 ext. 4488.”
