Stanley E. Trybus, age 78 of Beacon Falls, beloved husband of Patricia (Konovaluk) Trybus, entered peaceful rest on Thursday, August 27, 2026 in Waterbury Hospital surrounded by family. Born in Derby on June 30, 1948, he was the son of the late Sigmund Trybus and the late Wanda (Erman) Jones.
A past co-owner of Valley Home Renovators, along with his partner and good friend, Joe Saffo, Stanley was also a proud US Army veteran of the Vietnam War, serving 4 years for his country. He was an avid car enthusiast, especially of GTO’s, enjoyed attending numerous car shows, and also loved riding his Harley Davidson. Stanley was also the past president of the St. Stan’s Polish Club, and was also a member of the Concordia Club and Russian Club. He and Patricia loved their many trips to Las Vegas, the Pocono’s, as well as their home in Florida. Stanley was all about his family and his grandchildren were the highlight of his life. He could always be found supporting them in their sporting events, and was a constant sponsor for their teams. Stanley enjoyed the company of others, sharing laughs and will also be remembered for catering throughout the valley for many years.
In addition to his wife Patricia, of 51 years, survivors include his son, Paul Bedryczuk and his wife Dawn of Beacon Falls; his cherished grandchildren, Gabriella Bedryczuk, and Zachary Bedryczuk and his wife Michaela; sister, Arlene Crowley and her partner Joseph Chaisson; brother-in-law, Phil Tibbets; sister-in-law, Arlene Everett; nieces, Shannon and Rachel Crowley; great niece and nephews, Raven, Chase and Patrick, as well as his adored grandpups, Sebastian, Sadie, Millie and Frankie. In addition to his parents, Stanley was predeceased by his beloved step-father, Harold Jones; sister, Ellen Tibbets; brother-in-law, Paul Everett, as well as his nephew, Patrick Crowley.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday, September 11, 2026 from 4 pm to 7 pm in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour, CT 06483 with Military Honors being held at 7 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
