Important Announcement: Our Temporary Office Location
Dear Patients and Families,
We are reaching out to share an important update with our pediatric families.
After many wonderful years at 20 Westfield Avenue, Ansonia CT 06401, our office will be temporarily relocating to a new location while we prepare for the next chapter of our practice.
Our Temporary Address:

The temporary location will be effective 09/08/2026.
For many of our families, our office has been part of their story for years. We have watched children grow from tiny babies into toddlers, school-age children, and young adults. We have shared in first visits, milestone celebrations, sick visits, growing pains, and countless memories along the way. Leaving our familiar office is certainly bittersweet. However, we are excited about what is ahead and, most importantly, grateful that we will continue to be here for our children and families.
What to Expect
– During this transition, our practice will be temporarily sharing space with another medical office at our new location.
– Our practice remains the same. Our patients’ doctors, medical records, phone number, and care will remain with our practice.
– Patient appointments will continue as scheduled. If there are any changes, our office will contact families directly.
– Beginning 09/08/2026, patients should come to our temporary location for their appointments.
– Because we will be sharing the facility with another office, the building, entrance, waiting area, or check-in process may look different from what families are accustomed to.
– Patients should follow the signs for West Rock Pediatrics when they arrive.
– We ask for everyone’s patience and understanding as we adjust to our temporary surroundings.

This move is temporary, but our commitment to providing personal, compassionate, and dependable care remains exactly the same. We know that change can feel unfamiliar, especially for families who have been coming to the same office for many years. We hope they will think of this as simply a new address for the same familiar faces and caring pediatric team.
Thank you for trusting us with what matters most—your children. We are deeply grateful for the many years we have been allowed to be part of our families’ lives, and we look forward to continuing that journey with them.
