Patrick Collins, age 63, of Shelton, peacefully entered into rest on Saturday, September 5, 2026, in his home. Patrick was born in San Diego, CA, on September 2, 1963, the son of the late Robert W. Collins Sr. and Sarah (Taylor) Collins.
Patrick worked for many years as a laborer in the construction industry. He was mechanically inclined and enjoyed repairing and working on cars. He had a warm sense of humor, and loved nothing more than the time he spent with his family and friends.
He is the beloved father of Michael Collins, Amanda Collins, Justin Collins, and Jennifer St. Germain, and grandfather of Tiana, Tiffany, Michael, and Austin. He also is survived by two dear sisters, Janice and Donna. In addition to his parents, Patrick was predeceased by two sons, Patrick St. Germain and Robert Collins, two brothers, Robert and William, and a sister, Brenda.
The Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton, has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements, which are private.
