Joseph DeNigris Sr., born March 19, 1940, in Puglianello, Italy, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2026, at the age of 86. Longtime resident of Bradenton, Florida, and formerly of Derby, Connecticut.

Joseph was a devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. He was the beloved husband of Kathy Manger DeNigris, with whom he shared a life filled with family, hard work, and many cherished memories.

Joseph was a proud and hardworking business owner, building businesses in the HVAC and restaurant industries. He was known for his dedication, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Above all, Joseph treasured his family. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Manger DeNigris; his daughters, Lina (Anthony) Levinsky, Francoise (Tim) Metzger, and Anne Marie Doy; and his sons, Joseph DeNigris Jr. (Jessica) and Matthew Manger-DeNigris.

He was a proud grandfather to Justin (Shana) and Jessica Ruskay, Ashley and Tyler Doy, Joseph III, Megan, and Jiovanni DeNigris. Great-grandchildren, Christian Doy, Vivienne, Justin Jr., and Evelyn Ruskay, and many nieces and nephews who brought him great joy.

Joseph is also survived by his sister, Antoinette (Angelo) Mongillo, and his brother, William (Penny) DeNigris.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Jocelyn DeNigris; his brother, John DeNigris; and his parents, Francesco and Orsolina DeNigris.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
