10:25 a.m. — Police received a vandalism complaint from the high school.
1:59 p.m. — Police received a complaint about illegal parking on Crescent Street.
4:54 p.m. — Police checked out a hazardous road condition on Main Street.
5:32 p.m. — A crash with injuries was reported in the area of Fourth and North Main streets.
Tuesday, Sept. 15
12:11 a.m. — Police received a report of a sex crime from West Main Street.
12:13 a.m. — Police received a report of an assault on Winesap Court. Quincey Armani Sutherland, of Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and second-degree strangulation/suffocation. He is due in court Oct. 15.
2:07 a.m. — A caller reported a car was stolen from Main Street.
8:53 a.m. — A crash was reported in the area of Crescent Street and Howard Avenue.
1:30 p.m. — A 51-year-old city resident was charged with cruelty to animals. The arrest happened at the police station on Main Street and the suspect is due in court Sept. 29.
4:13 p.m. — An assault was reported on Main Street.
4:24 p.m. — A motor vehicle crash was reported on Pershing Drive.
Wednesday, Sept. 16
3:27 a.m. — Police received a disorderly conduct complaint from Pershing Drive.
3:40 a.m. — Police received a trespassing complaint from Pershing Drive.
7:42 a.m. — Police received an illegal parking complaint from Burton Street and Westfield Avenue.
12:42 p.m. — A crash with injuries was reported on Main Street.
3:36 p.m. — Police received a vandalism complaint from North Spring Street.
5:38 p.m. — Police received a trespassing complaint from Woodlawn Avenue.
8:12 p.m. — Police received a disorderly conduct complaint from Lester Street.
Thursday, Sept. 17
12:17 a.m. — Police set up a radar detail on Pulaski Highway.
6:36 a.m. — A crash was reported on Main Street.
11:43 a.m. — Police recovered a stolen vehicle on Main Street.
11:46 a.m. — A 36-year-old Uncasville man was charged with fifth- and sixth-degree larceny. Superior Court in Derby was listed as the place of arrest.
1:02 p.m. — An assault was reported on Pulaski Highway.
4:55 p.m. — Police received a trespassing report from Bridge Street.
6:43 p.m. — An abandoned vehicle was reported on Holbrook Street.
Friday, Sept. 18
9:35 a.m. — Police received a suspicious activity report from North Main Street.
11:38 a.m. — Police served a warrant at an undisclosed location.
12:16 p.m. — A 42-year-old West Haven resident was charged with criminal trespass and violating a protective order.
1:11 p.m. — Police received an impersonation complaint from Berkshire Road.
1:25 p.m. — A crash was reported on Pershing Drive.
2:14 p.m. — Police fielded a trespassing complaint from a caller on Bishop Williams Court.
Saturday, Sept. 19
12:11 a.m. — A crash was reported in the area of Dorel Terrace and Platt Street. Hiji J. Bischoff, 43, of Wallingford, was charged with operating under the influence, driving while under suspension, failure to maintain a lane and failing to have insurance. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 2.
1:32 a.m. — Police received a suspicious activity complaint from Main Street.
11:18 a.m. — Police received an illegal parking complaint from Locke Street.
7:08 p.m. — Police received a shoplifting complaint from Target on West Main Street. A 58-year-old Ansonia man was charged with fifth-degree larceny.
7:34 p.m. — An assault was reported on Howard Avenue.
Sunday, Sept. 20
8:54 a.m. — Police received a report of a car break-in on Westfield Avenue.
9:20 a.m. — Police received a vandalism report from Fourth Street.
12:11 p.m. — Police received a vandalism report from Parker Street.
