State Election
The electors of the City of Derby are hereby warned to meet at their respective polling places in said town on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, for the following purposes:
- To cast their votes for Governor and Lieutenant Governor, Representative in Congress, State Senator, State Representative, Secretary of the State, Treasurer, Comptroller, Attorney General, and Judge of Probate.
Notice is hereby given that the location of the polling places on Election Day is as follows:

Absentee Ballots will be counted at the following central location: Derby City Hall, 1 Elizabeth Street, Derby, CT.
Voting tabulators will be used. The polls will be opened at six o’clock in the morning (6:00 a.m.) and will remain open until eight o’clock in the evening (8:00 p.m.).
Early voting will take place from Monday, October 19, 2026, to Sunday, November 1, 2026. Early voting hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day, except that the hours are extended to 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the last Tuesday and Thursday, October 27 and 29, 2026. Each early voting location will offer Same-Day Election Registration (SDR).
During the early voting period, the early voting and SDR location is Derby City Hall, 1 Elizabeth Street, Derby, CT.
On Election Day, SDR is available at the following location: Derby City Hall, 1 Elizabeth Street, Derby, CT.

Convocatoria para las elecciones estatales del
3 de noviembre del 2026
Los votantes de la municipalidad de Derby están debidamente notificados que deben concurrir a sus respectivos centros de votación en dicha municipalidad el martes, 3 de noviembre del 2026 con el siguiente propósito:
- Emitir sus votos para gobernador y vicegobernador, representante en el congreso, senador estatal, representante estatal, secretario de estado, tesorero, contralor, fiscal general, y juez del tribunal testamentario.
Por la presente se notifica que los centros de votación son los siguientes:

Las papeletas de voto en ausencia se contarán en el siguiente lugar centralizado: Ayuntamiento de Derby, 1 Elizabeth Street, Derby.
Se utilizarán tabuladoras de votación. Los centros de votación abrirán a las seis de la mañana (6.00am) y seguirán abiertos hasta las ocho de la tarde (8.00pm).
La votación anticipada está convocada para el lunes, 19 de octubre de 2026 hasta el 1 de noviembre de 2026. El horario de la votación anticipada es de 10:00am a 6:00 pm todos los días excepto con una extensión del horario de 8:00am a 8:00pm el último martes y jueves, el 27 y 29 de octubre. Los centros de voto anticipado ofrecerán la inscripción electoral del votante el mismo día de las elecciones. (SDR).
