In a very special edition of “Navel Gazing: The Valley Indy Podcast,” we sit down with James Fedak, Jr., a Shelton resident who created a non-profit group what hosts monthly community meals in Ansonia.

Called “The Master’s Table,” the dinners are held roughly once a month and are heavily dependent upon donations of all kind.

The next meal is scheduled for:

Sunday Sept. 29, 2013 from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Christ Episcopal Church in Ansonia. That’s at 56 South Cliff St. in Ansonia (across from the Ansonia Library).

The dinner is free but donations are graciously accepted to defray the cost of our monthly dinners.

For additional information or in case of inclement weather call Master’s Table at 203-732-7792.

Please take a few minutes to learn about the dinner by clicking ‘play’ on the link below.

  1. The next meal on September 29 at the Ansonia Christ Episcopal Church — would be a good opportunity for Mayor James DellaVolpe to commend James Fedak, Jr., a Shelton resident and his helpers — for hosting monthly community meals in Ansonia. Good work — James Fedak, Jr.
