Donna Lynn Phipps, 77, entered into eternal rest September 12, 2025 after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her husband Edward C. Phipps, and her parents Arthur and Julia (Noga) Shafer.
Donna was a lifelong resident of Ansonia, graduating from Ansonia High School class of 1965 and Post Junior College in 1968. She was employed for many years in the Medical Records department at Griffin Hospital and was a member of VFW Women’s Auxiliary.
She leaves many friends to cherish her memory.
Funeral services were private and burial was at the State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown, CT.
Donna loved animals and she was the ultimate “dog mom”.
