Raymond Michael Necio passed away on November 14, 2025.
Born in Derby Connecticut, on January 27 1949 spent the majority of his life in the Seymour/Oxford area before retiring to Florida in July 2009.
He was employed by the Seymour public school system in which time he worked as a teacher, department head, assistant principal, principal and athletic director.
Mr. Necio was very active during his life. He enjoyed running, swimming, golf, billiards, umpiring, baseball and motorcycling.
He is survived by his fiancé, Maria Posada, his son Jeffrey, his daughter Caren Ramirez (Frank), grandson Jason, granddaughter April, his brother Mark and extended family. He was preceded in death by his mother Lorraine and father Michael.
