Area Congregations Together, Inc./Spooner House is seeking a qualified General Construction firm to provide general construction services for a capital improvements project located in Shelton, CT.
The project consists of New Boilers, new Kitchen Exhaust Fan, New Security System as well as site improvements, which include the removal and replacement of the entire parking lot and driveway and repairs to the existing fence.
The project will be funded through CT DOH. Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity regulations apply.
