Book Signing At Head Of The Housatonic Oct. 7

Michael Danziger author of SMALL PUDDLES: THE TRIUMPHANT STORY OF YALES WORST OARSMAN. EVER. will be signing his new book, this Saturday, Oct. 7 beginning at 9 a.m. at the Head of the Housatonic Regatta at Indian Well State Park, Shelton, CT

The author’s portion of the proceeds from the sale of the book are going to the education nonprofit, The Steppingstone Foundation, which he founded. To date the foundation has helped nearly 3,000 students prepare for and enter college. The Written Words Bookstore is the book seller. For more information, call 203 944 0400.

His memoir, SMALL PUDDLES is about overcoming the odds with a quit-adverse attitude and how failure has played a crucial role in him helping others find success. Two years ago he was diagnosed with advanced renal failure. He currently is waiting to receive a new kidney. In the meantime, he goes back to lessons he learned as Yale’s Worst Oarsman. Ever. Never quit. Work hard every day to be your best. That’s what he continues to do.
