Shelton’s St. Joseph School welcomed Bishop Caggiano to celebrate a school mass in honor of its patron saint, St. Joseph, Friday (March 20).
The children presented the Bishop with three gifts: A replica of the Brooklyn Bridge, hand-crafted by seventh-grader Gabe Romero, a statue of St. Joseph, and a satchel of letters — one from every student — on what St. Joseph means to them.
Pictured in the photo, from left to right, are Deacon Brad Smythe, Principal, Stephen Anderson, Bishop Caggiano, Fr. Rolando Torres, and Monsignor Christopher Walsh.
